We deliver the ProQual Level 3 Award in Environmental Management online for supervisors, environmental coordinators and facilities teams across India, the Gulf and worldwide. This is a practical, competence-based award: learners prove they can do the job in their workplace by building a verified portfolio of real evidence.

Course at a glance

• Qualification: ProQual Level 3 Award in Environmental Management (Level 3, RQF).
• TQT / GLH: Total Qualification Time 30 hours; Guided Learning Hours 20.
• Delivery: Online — self-paced study, live applied workshops and scheduled remote assessor observations.
• Assessment: Portfolio of workplace evidence + assessor observation + professional discussion (pass/fail).
• Typical duration: 6–12 weeks (intensive) or 3–6 months flexible while collecting workplace evidence.

Minimum qualifications & entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this ProQual award; centres should carry out an initial skills check to identify support needs. We recommend learners have:

• basic English literacy to produce written evidence and take part in professional discussion;

• access to a workplace (or employer-arranged placement) where they can collect evidence (risk assessments, logs, audits).

This award suits people who have day-to-day environmental responsibilities or supervise others: environmental officers, site supervisors, facilities managers, HSE advisers with environmental duties, waste & compliance officers and junior environmental consultants.

What you’ll be able to do

On completion you will be able to: identify aspects and evaluate impacts; complete practical risk assessments; apply proportionate controls for waste, emissions and spills; set up monitoring and record systems; support internal audits and corrective actions; and present a workplace portfolio that demonstrates competence to an assessor.
