AOSH UK Train the Trainer programs are designed primarily for learning professionals – trainers, instructional designers, and organizational development practitioners – but would also benefit anyone within an organization who is responsible for developing others, from managers to human resources specialists.

The AOSH UK Master Trainer program is assessed by MultiChoice Questions (MCQ) and Practical demonstration including delivering a minimum 20-minute training session. To Award this qualification the Learner must achieve a minimum percentage pass in the MCQ and practical demonstration.

Successful completion of the training programme and assessment will enable candidates to understand:

key global environmental issues and the concept of sustainability, the advantages and disadvantages of implementing an accredited environmental management system, the purpose of and process involved in developing an effective environmental policy, how to identify and evaluate an organisation’s environmental aspects and impacts, the structure, function and operation of environmental law, how an environmental management system can be implemented, the purpose and processes of checking environmental performance including monitoring and measuring, corrective and preventive actions and auditing. AOSH UK Level 3 Award in Health & Safety at Work Place

Who needs this qualification?
This qualification is aimed at those working or wishing to work as a supervisor in health and safety in the workplace. It gives the learner a wide range of skills and knowledge to equip them to confidently undertake health and safety requirements such as risk assessments and deal competently with consequences arising from incidents that may occur.

How long will it take?
To complete this qualification, learners should expect to undertake 30 hours of learning.
